Commercial VRF Heating & Cooling System Install

The Connaught Hotel (30 W Hill Rd, W Cliff Rd, Bournemouth BH2 5PH) is seeking quotes for the installation of a VRF heating and air conditioning system planned for install in February 2021.
The project is to install 61 individual room air to air ASHP heating units and the necessary external units and all other ancillary equipment. It shall also include decommissioning of existing heating system although there is no need to remove all emitters from rooms. Quotes should be addressed to Soubise Ltd via the email link below using the subject heading “VRF heating and AC system”. Estimates are not acceptable. Quotes should include all costs unless entirely unavoidable and any exclusions will score against the quote.
Quotes submitted by the deadline will be assessed on the following criteria: Price 30%, Quality and experience 40% and delivery 30%.
The assessment of quality will be based on the contacts with the tendering firm, materials presented with the quote and any case studies provided of similar work carried out in the past. The assessment of Delivery will be based on material presented in the quote regarding likely available timescales. Previous quotes, revised as necessary (minimum readdressed to Soubise Ltd and re-dated within time frame) should be resubmitted within the time frame of the new call to tender.
