Tender for Evaluation of the Low Carbon Dorset Programme

02nd April 2020 – 15th May 2020

As part of the contractual requirements of ERDF funding, Low Carbon Dorset is required to procure a supplier to conduct an impact evaluation of the programme, known as a “Summative Assessment”.  We wish to identify a suitably experienced organisation to undertake this summative assessment for the programme.

The provider shall be required to work closely with the Council to undertake a programme evaluation and provide a final summative assessment report together with a summary in line with the requirements of the ERDF summative assessment guidance and further requirements noted within the tender Specification Schedule document and linked ERDF guidance.

The key requirements for the summative assessment and its development can be found in the Schedule Specification.

Supporting documents and details of how to respond to the tender can be found in the Procurement Document.

If you are having any difficulty accessing these documents, please contact Katie Dawes by email: katie.dawes@dorsetcouncil.gov.uk

Full guidance on Low Carbon Dorset’s procurement process can be found in our online Procurement Guide.

A grant from Low Carbon Dorset for solar panels has helped the community get even closer to their net zero goals.

You can find out more about the project and the motivations behind it in our touring photo exhibition, now on display at Durlston Country Park.
